&lt;p&gt;You may appeal your financial aid satisfactory academic progress (SAP) status if unusual circumstances interfered with your ability to meet SAP standards. Examples of unusual circumstances include, but are not limited to, divorce, serious injury or illness, personal issues, death of a family member, documented disability, reinstatement after academic suspension, or a return to school after an extended period of absence.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;After submitting your Appeal Form, your Academic Advisor(s) will review and make a decision prior to the Academic Dean&amp;#39;s review and recommendation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;As this process can take up to a week to be completed. You will receive email notifications informing you on these decisions.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
